These terms apply whenever you use dascoutprime.com. The section on verification is the one to read properly — it explains what our checks cover, and what they do not.

What Dascout is

Dascout advertises properties for sale across Mindanao and introduces buyers to them. We are not the seller, we are not a broker acting for you, and we are not a party to any sale. Any agreement you reach is between you and the seller.

What verification means — and what it does not

Before a property appears here we check its title and walk its boundaries. That means we have seen the documents and stood on the land. It does not mean we guarantee the title is free of every claim, that the boundaries are exact, or that the seller will complete the sale.

About the listings

• A listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer. A property can be sold or withdrawn before we update the page.
• We publish the town and area, not a pin on a map. Exact locations are shared when you enquire.
• A price appears only where the seller has agreed to publish it, and it is indicative. Where no price shows, just ask us.
• Land areas, floor sizes and room counts come from the seller’s documents and are approximate until a survey confirms them.

Your account

Use your real name and a working email, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. One account per person.

Fair use

Please do not copy our listings or photographs to republish elsewhere, collect the site automatically, or use our contact details for advertising. We may suspend an account used to abuse the site.

Our content

The photographs, listing text, logo and design belong to Dascout or to the owners who supplied them. You are very welcome to share a link to a property; reproducing the content itself needs our permission.

The site itself

We aim to keep the site available and correct, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any listing at any time.

Where our responsibility ends

As far as the law allows, Dascout is not liable for loss arising from a transaction with a seller, from relying on a listing without checking it, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here removes any right you have that cannot be signed away under Philippine law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
